Support Services
Service Hour contracts include labor for the following:
- Hardware/software/system/network performance analysis, troubleshooting, and repairs of existing systems.
- Hardware and/or software installations, upgrades, or configurations (parts not included).
- Minor network configurations or repairs -
- Configuration of wireless equipment to access available network resources
- Cabling repairs/installations. (parts not included)
- Virus and adware scans/removal.
- Basic training.

Support Contract Monthly Rates

Support Service Hour rates for business clients NOT under a monthly billing contract are as follows:
$75/hr for the 1st Service Hour.
$65/hr for each additional Service Hour.
Charges increment in 30 minute blocks at the beginning of each 30 minute period.
1 hour minimum billing.
All fees paid in full at end of service call.
Does not include Advanced Systems Work or Corporate Training, which falls under a different fee schedule.
